 Yes, pets are allowed but commercial breeding is prohibited. Pets are not allowed to roam around without supervision. Pets, such as dogs, should be on a leash when roamed around by their owner in the subdivision.

13.) Are house revisions allowed?

 No revisions are allowed on the exteriors of the house more specifically if it affects its facade. Extensions and improvements not affecting the design of the house are allowable and is subject for approval of the developer and within the Deed of Restrictions (DOR).

14.) How much is the monthly Homeowners (HOA) Dues?

Home owners dues depends on the decision of the Homowners Association, The dues will be divided among all home owners of this subdivision for the maintenance of parks, amenities and facilities, roads, garbage collection, security guards & more.

16.) When would the construction of the house start? How long will construction be?

Construction starts upon 30% Down Payment of the Total Package Price. Depending on weather conditions, the construction period ranges fom 12-18 months.

17.) What are the requirements for move-in?

  • Upon 30% Down Payment of the Total Package Price by the client
  • Complete post-dated checks for in-house accounts
  • Letter of Guarantee from the bank for accounts availing the Bank Financing Scheme

18.) Are there available units for sale?

Yes. There are available constructed and for construction units for sale.

19.) What will be the view from the lots?
