 Yes, pets are allowed but commercial breeding is prohibited. Pets are not allowed to roam around without supervision. Pets, such as dogs, should be on a leash when roamed around by their owner in the subdivision.

House revisions are allowed but limited only to the interior of the house. The design of the house eterior must be maintained to preserev the theme of the subdivision. Extensions and improvements not affecting the design of the house are allowable and is subject for approval of the developer and within the Dee of Restrictions (DOR)
