    No revisions are allowed on the exteriors of the house more specifically if it affects its façade. Extensions and improvements not affecting the design of the house are allowable and is subject for approval of the developer and within the Deed of Restrictions (DOR).

    Home owners dues depends on the decision of the Homeowners Association . The dues will be divided among all home owners of this subdivision for the maintenance of parks, amenities and facilities, roads, garbage collection, security guards and more.
