Taft Property’s Hacienda Salinas offers houses for middle market in Cebu
TAFT Property Venture Development Corp. (TPVDC) has launched its latest project, the Hacienda Salinas.
The residential subdivision, located on the forested hills of Salinas Drive, Lahug, Cebu City, is a nearly four-hectare Spanish-themed village that integrates nature’s beauty with modern living amenities.
Some 160 homes are expected to rise in the gated community.
According to Marivic Secretaria, chief operating officer of Taft Property, the project is targeted at the middle-market segment.
Buyers may choose to get a duplex unit, a single detached unit or a town-house. The units range in size from 63 to 125 square meters.
Secretaria said the prices of the house and lot packages at Hacienda Salinas go from P2.5 million to P4.5 million.
But buyers may also opt to buy just the lots.
Taft is the developer of Nichols Park Subdivision, Palmas Verdes and Palm Heights. The company is backed by Vicsal Development Corp., which owns the Metro Gaisano chain of stores, Grand Holidays Travel & Tours, Wealth-bank and Prime Asia.
Hacienda Salinas will have a perimeter fence, tennis court, multipurpose hall, wastewater treatment facility, underground drainage system, concrete roads, mini plaza with fountain, and open spaces that may be developed into tree parks or playgrounds.
A perimeter fence, lighted streets and 24-hour security will ensure the residents’ safety.
Access
The residential subdivision is accessible from Gorordo Ave. Coming from JY Square Discovery Mall, interested parties may go straight to Salinas Drive extension passing through the Lahug market and Aderan Hotel. Further down is BC Homes, which is followed by Hacienda Salinas.
Rep. Raul del Mar was the guest of honor during the subdivision’s launch last Nov. 5. (CTL)
